Half-Day Baking Class – Baked Cheese Cake
Baked Cheese Cake is not complicated to prepare. In fact it is very versatile where you can use any type of biscuits you like for the crust and any cream cheese. Here are some tips for a perfect Baked Cheese Cake.
1. The crust must be crispy and melt in your mouth
2. The cheese fillings must be smooth and creamy
3. Bake in a water bath
4. Cool down the cheese cake for at least one hour
Two participants, Ms. Vivian and Mr. Khoo were enrolled in the half day baked cheese cake workshop on Saturday, 18 May 2019. As a first timer, they managed to roll out their ‘perfect’ baked cheese cake.
